रो दिल से !

Give your weakness
to one who helps.

Crying out loud and weeping
are great resources....

A nursing mother, all she does
is wait to hear her child.

Just a little beginning-whimper
and she's there.

God created the child,
that is, your wanting,

so that it might cry out,
so that milk might come.

Cry out!
Don't be stolid and silent

with your pain. Lament! And let the milk
of loving flow into you.

The hard rain and wind
are ways the cloud has
to take care of us.

Be patient.
Respond to every call
that excites your spirit.

Ignore those that make you fearful
and sad, that degrade you
back toward disease and death.
दो दुर्बलता अपनी
उसे जो करता मदद
चीखना जोर से ,व रोना
स्तोत्र हैं बड़े ....
 एक नव जननि भी करती
प्रतीक्षा शिशु के रुदन की
 बस ज़रा रोना बिखरना
और वह आ खड़ी होती।
रचा प्रभु ने शिशु,
 वह है चाहत तुम्हारी
ताकि रो सके वह,
 जिससे उमड़े दूध माँ का
रो दिल से !
रहो न पत्थर या चुप
दर्द सहते, फट  के चीखो !दूध
स्नेह भरा बहने दो रगों में।

कठिन वर्षा और आंधी
रास्ते हैं बादलों के
लेने को सुध हमारी ...
धरो धीरज
प्रतिक्रिया दो हर आवाज़ पर
छुए जो चेतना को ...

भूलो उनको जो डराएँ
और दें दुःख , जो गिराएं
रोग और मरण से ....

ज्योति

A hundred flames 
shine in the eyes. 

They come from 
this finest part of the heart 
where fire dwells.

How strange!
In this burning place

There are so many roses,
so much greenery,
so much jasmine.

Through this fire,
the garden cools down
And water weds the flame.
सौ सौ ज्योति
चमक नेत्रों में ..
उद्गम उनका
उर में सूक्ष्म ..
बसे जहाँ अग्नि निरंतर
कितना अद्भुत !
प्रज्वलित स्थल में
गुलाब हैं इतने ,
कितनी शस्य धरा ,
ढेर चमेली ....

इसी अग्नि से
 शीतल उपवन
जल हो एक अनल से, यहाँ

इक गड़रिया ..

हो सहायक आत्मा    के  भरने घाव किसी की

ह्रदय मेरा न कभी चाहे  मिले दूजा ह्रदय उसको
               या मिले खुशबू दूजे फूल की,जानने के बाद तुमको

I realize that the dawn

जब अन्तर्तम की कोमलता 

पाती  पीड़ा गुप्त 

वेदना तोड़ फाड़ेगी  गिरि  

आह ! उभरने दो आत्मा को तब 

मिलूँगा तुमको वहीँ

परे  मन के बोध से
पाप होने और
 पुण्य होने के ,है जगत एक
मिलूँगा तुमको वहीँ मैं !

प्रेम पागल कर के छोड़े

Love drives you mad from revelation to revelation through ordeal after ordeal until humble and broken you are carried tenderly into the heart of the rose. 
प्रेम पागल कर के छोड़े , 
कदम दर कदम तुम्हे ,
 त्रासदी दर त्रासदी  ..
टूट जाओ ,घुल न जाओ 
जब तलक पूरी तरह 
जैसे खुशबु  जा छिपे 
दुबक के  गुलाब में 

कल तो गया ..............

Love is an open secret,
the most obvious thing in the world
 and the most hidden,
with no why to how it keeps its mystery.
प्रेम है रहस्य सब को ज्ञात जो,
              सब से ज़्यादा प्रकट है जो विश्व में
                                      और सब से अधिक गुप्त ,
                                                          जानता न कोई क्यों ,
                                                                    रखें इसे  कैसे छिपा ।

शब्द केवल है बहाना..

शब्द केवल है बहाना , बंध होता आतंरिक जो खींचता ,मिलवाता है , न की शब्द ..

बेच दो चतुराई अपनी ,

खोजा खुद को,

जा चुका था पर कही वह

सीमाए अस्तित्व की ,

घुल चुकी थीं सागर में कहीं 

लहरें बिखरीं .....

फिर से जागा एक स्वर ने

मुझे फिर मुझ को लौटाया ..

 सदा ही होता है ऐसा ...

 लौटता है सिन्धु अपनी ओर

  झागो से भरा,

और हर उमड़े फेनिल से
